I.P.O.(Initial Pubic Offering)

 Introduction

An increase in unicorn companies and the weekly announcement of I.P.O.s made the Indian stock market zoom. This made the investors search for possible good shares to buy.

  This year (2021) more than 125 companies applied for I.P.O. in SEBI. and got listed one after the other in the stock exchange. By this, for  India year 2021 can be called IPO year.

Cause of craze in investors

 In admit of COVID-19 fear, the stock market announced IPO in a record range. Sensex at one point crossed 60,000 mark trading above 40%  more compared to last year 

   From last one and half year, the market is stable making desirable for new companies and investors. Year-long IPO s is in news and earned much more than expected
